Our Story

Seneca Sails was born from a simple idea—to create a unique way to experience the Finger Lakes through my favorite dessert: ice cream

Inspired by the lakes, vineyards, orchards, and family farms that define this corner of New York, we craft small-batch premium ice cream using thoughtfully sourced ingredients from local producers whenever possible. Fresh dairy, farm eggs, local honey, seasonal fruit, and distinctive regional flavors come together in rich custard-style recipes designed to celebrate both quality and place.

Every flavor tells a story—from hand-picked strawberries and locally harvested honey to cold-brewed coffee roasted just down the road. Rather than creating novelty for its own sake, we focus on timeless flavors elevated by exceptional ingredients and careful craftsmanship.
